Speed Mentoring with the Rising Professionals

The Chino Valley Chamber’s Rising Professionals present Speed Mentoring: Pour Into the Community — an evening of fast-paced, one-on-one mentoring conversations connecting rising professionals with experienced local leaders.

How it works: Mentors and mentees pair up for short, timed rounds — about 5 minutes per conversation — so every mentee gets guidance from several mentors in one night. Tables are set with note-taking materials and conversation prompts to get the ball rolling.

Evening agenda:

• 5:30 PM – Welcome & introductions
• Speed mentoring rounds (approx. 1 hour)
• Raffle & shoutouts
• Open networking until 7:30 PM
