DESCRIPTION:The Rising Professionals are bringing speed mentoring to the Chino Valley. Pour Into the Community is an evening of quick one-on-one conversations with experienced local leaders\, built for anyone who wants to grow.\n\nHow it works: mentors and mentees pair up for short timed rounds\, about 5 minutes per conversation\, so every mentee hears from several mentors in one night. Tables are set with note-taking materials and conversation prompts to get things rolling.\n\nEvening agenda:\n\n\n	5:30 PM: Welcome and introductions\n	Speed mentoring rounds (about 1 hour)\n	Raffle and shoutouts\n	Open networking until 7:30 PM\n\n\nLight refreshments provided.
