- Job Description: Make nursing visits to patients in their place of residence, work collaboratively with any MD orders & IDG, be required to attend IDG meetings bimonthly via zoom, required to submit all documentation in timely manner to maintain compliance

- Education: Associates / Bachelors in Nursing
- Experience: Hospice experience preferred
