Rising Professionals: Mentorship, Growth, and Connection is an engaging networking and professional development experience designed to support and elevate the next generation of leaders in the Chino Valley.

Hosted by the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, this interactive event brings together emerging professionals and established business and community leaders for an evening focused on career growth, mentorship, and meaningful connection.

Attendees will hear from members of the Chamber’s original Young Professionals group as they share how their involvement helped shape their careers and leadership journeys. These firsthand perspectives will be paired with an educational session led by experienced professionals who once stood in the same place today’s young leaders are now.

The program also includes a guided networking and social activity designed to help participants build authentic relationships, expand their professional network, and leave with practical, actionable takeaways.
