Leadership & Legacy: Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative Graduation

Leadership shapes a community. On Wednesday, August 19, the Chino Valley Chamber celebrates the people who lead ours.

Leadership and Legacy is the graduation of the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative and the official launch of the Chino Valley Chamber Foundation. It is a morning built for anyone who cares about the future of the Chino Valley and the leaders who will carry it forward.

Here is what the morning holds. We will induct the founding Board of Directors of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the group that will guide the Chamber's community investment for years to come. We will hear from Allan Benavidez, General Manager of the Ontario Tower Buzzers, on what real leadership looks like and how to build a team and a culture that wins. Michelle Decker, CEO of the Inland Empire Community Foundation, will lead a panel with past recipients of the Chamber's Community Goods Project: the Chino Valley Fire District's Heart Safe Bleed Safe Program, the Chino Community Children's Theatre, Rebel Ranch, and the Chino Neighborhood House, so you can hear firsthand how local support turns into real change. And we will graduate Cohort 4 of the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative, the newest class of leaders ready to serve.
