HIRE Train the Trainer- Fair Chance Employer Engagement

The HIRE Community of Practice: Train the Trainer will take place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Boys Republic. The session will begin with breakfast, networking, and an introduction to the day’s goals, followed by interactive training focused on fair chance employer engagement, understanding employer needs, research and preparation, and developing an effective employer pitch. Participants will have opportunities to engage in discussion and hands-on activities throughout the training, with lunch provided as part of the program.
