Building for Sustainable Growth: A Practical Workshop for Business Leaders: Innovation Council
Sustainable growth is not driven by tactics or trends. It is the result of clear thinking, sound structure, and disciplined execution over time.
The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce invites business owners and senior leaders to participate in a high-impact, interactive workshop focused on strengthening the foundation of their business so it can grow with clarity and resilience.
Led by Mitch Morris, this session is designed for leaders who have already achieved traction, but recognize that the next phase of growth requires better systems, clearer priorities, and stronger decision-making infrastructure.
Participants will be introduced to practical, real-world frameworks drawn from Mitch’s advisory work with founders and executive teams, including Foundational Thinking and the SIMPL Method. These frameworks help leaders reduce complexity, align effort to outcomes, and build businesses that scale without constant firefighting.
This is not a lecture or motivational talk. Attendees will actively work on their business through guided reflection, structured discussion, and facilitated application, leaving with clearer insight into where to focus next and why.
What Participants Will Walk Away With
-
A practical way to think about sustainable growth beyond short-term wins
-
Greater clarity around priorities, constraints, and decision-making
-
Insight into building processes that support scale without adding friction
-
Dedicated time to step out of day-to-day operations and think strategically
-
Meaningful dialogue with other business owners and leaders
