2023 Women's Conference
Join us for the first ever Chino Valley Women's Conference on Thursday, August 10th at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center (5890 College Park Avenue, Chino, CA 91710) from 10 AM - 3 PM.
**Registration begins @ 9 AM.
At this event, we hope to empower the women of the Chino Valley and encourage them to fill in the blank and define: "I AM HER". Whether you define yourself as an entrepreneur, mother, executive, we invite all women to come as they are and learn from the experiences and trials of those that came before them. Enjoy a day of informative and inspirational panel discussions, breakout sessions, delicious food, browsing/ shopping with Vendors at our Pop - Up Shop, and networking with women all over the Chino Valley.

This panel discussion focuses on Women in the Workforce and their career journey thus far. This discussion will focus on experiences with working in male dominated fields, career pathways, overcoming obstacles and more.

Certifiably Empowered: Building a Women - Owned Business
This panel will focus on providing resources to women who are looking to or are currently pursuing starting a business. We hope to empower women business owners and provide them the tools to start their own journey as entrepreneurs.

Beyond the Scale: Redefining Work - Life Balance for Women
Breakout Session will be led by Rachel Medina, Founder & CEO of RM101 Media Group. Her multimedia tech company specializes in content, resources, and community for aspiring female entrepreneurs. Rachel has recently been selected as the keynote speaker for Tedx's 2024 Q1 event. This topic focuses on ways to navigate the different responsibilities that come with being a woman, mother, career professional, etc.
Herstory in the Making
Breakout Session will be a panel discussion led by Crystal Harris - Owner/COO of American Solar Advantage, Delinia Lewis - Associate Warden of California Institution for Women, and Kavita Bhatia - President at Acreage Real Estate. This discussion will be focused on women empowerment in the workplace and navigating the corporate world as a woman in male - dominated arenas.
Redefining Resilience
Breakout Session will be led by Tamika Carter - Research Director at Advantage Public Institute and Dr. Shanee Porter OB/GYN. This discussion will focus on women's mental health and self - care practices.
Money on Her Mind
Breakout session led by LaVonne Shields, The Accounting Strategist and Stephane Davis - CS Financial. This discussion will focus on the importance of financial literacy for women.
